A different way to manage professional padel.

Bringing structure to a growing sport

Padel has grown enormously as a sport.

In many cases, the way it is managed has not kept pace.

We still see poorly negotiated contracts, brand investments without strategy and careers guided more by intuition than by structure.

At WIM Sports,
we believe professional padel

deserves better.

Our History

WIM Sports has spent years managing the careers of some of the best players on the professional circuit.

A person playing pickleball, preparing to hit a ball with a paddle on an indoor court.

When we took over the agency, we did it with a clear conviction:

padel needed a more structured, more strategic and more professional way of managing players and partnerships.

We bring to sport the same methodology, discipline and long-term thinking that define the business world.

Our Team

Our team combines experience in strategy consulting, finance, sports management and elite communication — a perspective that professional padel has rarely had before.

This background allows him to bring something still uncommon in professional padel: structure, analytical thinking and long-term strategic management.

Through continuous work with elite athletes, Antonio combines business strategy with a deep understanding of the professional sports industry.
